Prenatal Class in the Evening for Couples

This course offers space and time to prepare for the significant event of childbirth and the transition to a new chapter in life. With the knowledge and experience of our midwives, we aim to share information about pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and breastfeeding. The course also includes personal discussions, as well as opportunities for participants to meet and exchange experiences.

Course Overview:

1. Evening 1: The Last Weeks of Pregnancy, Preparation for Birth, Birth
2. Evening 2: Maternity Bed, Breastfeeding

Course Target: The course is designed for women and their birth partners, ideally starting between the 28th and 30th week of pregnancy.
